Who is AverCut for?
For anyone who regularly records vertical talking-head videos: creators, experts, coaches, small businesses and agencies. If you mostly talk to camera, AverCut saves you most of your editing time.
How long can my video be?
During the beta, the source footage of one project can be up to 10 minutes long — split into as many as 10 clips if you like. The AI trims the final reel down to what matters.
Which languages are supported?
The website and the studio are available in Czech and English. Captions are always created in the language you speak in the video; the beta supports Czech and English.
What happens to my videos?
Videos are stored in the EU (Google Cloud, Frankfurt) and used only to create your reels. Working files are deleted after 30 days and previews after 14 days. Your source clips and finished reels stay until you delete them.
What about privacy and AI?
The transcript and selected frames are processed by AI (Claude by Anthropic and Gemini by Google) only to suggest the cut, captions and graphics. We don't use your videos to train general AI models and we don't show them to anyone. You can export your data or delete it together with your account at any time.
How much does it cost?
The beta is free for invited creators and we don't ask for a credit card. Paid plans are on the way — we'll let you know well before they launch.
